Strange... I made the test with the Tygon I received and don't have same kink thant you... I have hesitate between the Tygon and the Primoflex Pro LRT by ChilledPC and finally choosed the Tygon. Exactly same model 7/16'' ID 5/8 OD...
10cm between middle of tubes, external or internal side? I will double check this.
I did it now... I can bend my Tygon up to 8cm between external side of the tube... More I can without a kink, only a small thickness reduction.
On your photo the Tygon seems to be a little bit yellow... mine is clear like crystal. Strange...
Ok I try again and same result, I don't have a kink, I can do it on 9 without kink. If I try with my Masterkleer, same ID/OD, I have a kink with both colors (White, and Black) but not with TygonAnyway as I can see the Primoflex is very good!! And it was cheaper... I maybe made the wrong choice... but I didn't see many reviews on Primoflex, I choosed Tygon because of reputation

That may explain why we don't have same result. As I can see on photo, the Primoflex bend is not symetric and on the left not perfectly in contact with the horizontal surface.

I see what I see, and you see what you see. I can't make you see what I see, but I can tell you what I see is not what you see. Truth is, we see what we want to see, and what we want to see is what those around us see. And what we don't see is... well, conspiracies.
Regardless of what he claims or doesn't claim, it's still a flawed example of kinking tubing. When testing a manufacturer's claim of bend radius, the tester must stick to using a scientifically sound method that either verifies or disputes those claims by the manu.
If ppl took the time to fully understand that when something is given a bend radius, they'd realize it means that in order to get that radius, all points must be equal from center, otherwise. . .it's not a radius. I've seen this mistake on many builds where ppl buy a certain tubing for it's great bend radius only to curse it when it doesn't work well in their case because they made the section of tubing too long for the proper radius.

Everything you said is true, except for the fact I just don't see here where the OP made any comparison to any claims by any manufacturer. He just pinched two pieces of equal length tubing together and posted a couple of pics. I well realize that this alone doesn't prove anything, but it is interesting nonetheless.
I've used Tygon 3603 before switched to XSPC 7/16" 5/8"OD, and now have the Primochill. I see little difference between the XSPC and Primochill. They both behave the same and really work much better to me than the Tygon ever did. Especially when heated and formed, the bend radius you can get is great.

wait... there is Masterkeer black? never seen this before. I was thinking about ordering some black tubing and was looking at the Primochill but was reconsidering ordering the Masterkeer clear as they do not have blackor Durelene PVC tubing 1/2in. ID x 3/4in. OD by Saint-Gobain (close as i can get to tygon tubing) http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/dupvctu1idx3.html don't know how the Durelene compares to Masterkeer as they are both in the same price range. argggg i wished there was some black tubing under $1/ft... then that would be awesome
