Also do you know for sure if your ram will run stably up to 1100+? Have you tried dropping down to 1:1?
i'll try my ram at 1:1 - but i wanted that OC'd too. I've read a couple of reviews - this ram need volts to OC even 20Mhz over stock - i was aiming for 1100Mhz @ 2.2v (stock 1066@2.1v)

I'll try 1:1 and those BIOS setting this weekend when I get time!!

Very nice Hoss To stabilize the Quad's above 4600Mhz takes a LOT of patience and skills. Welcome to Q9650@4650+Mhz stable club.

Hoss331 - i tried my ram on the divider below - so they ran at 931mhz or something with fsb at 458 - cpu@ 4.124ghz - this was fine - only thing was - my linx Gflops output was far less because my ram was like nearly 130mhz slower per stick.!! so i recon i'll loosen some timings to get them running at 1100mhz.

    Thumbs up HWbot.org Q9650 HOF

Just got back the 1st. place on SuperPi again. Man that was hard to beat because after the Country Cup Competition crazy Ociers all over the world submitted their Q9650_Spi1m run's, the WR was lowered by 0.200ms.

    So here's my latest run:

    Also lowered my wPrime32m:

Need only 500points on PCMark05 to get this thing wrapped

Hoss at those speeds and tight timings you have to downclock the cpu otherwise it will freeze on the SS. I would say that they were around 553 - 556 fsb.

    Hey Loco23 bring it!

My Q9650 did not scale well from chilled water to ln2 (same Mhz achieved), guess it is because it was my first LN2 run and I'm not used to it.

This SuperPi 1m has to be lower then 9 secs for sure
