With 8ºC outside temp i had to give it a go:

Systems specs are the same as before, outside temp 8ºC.

Overclock: 201x21=4221MHz

Just some observations:

The chips stops scaling after 1.5V, regardless of temps (i'm talking temps above 0 ) and CPU-NB seems pretty weak compared to my old 955BE C2 and even compared to my old 940BE.

I can't stabilize 2.8GHz with reasonable voltage where my old chips could both do that easily.
