I actually like the sleek black side panel of my P182, and the side of the case that would normally have a window is facing my desk, so I wouldnt see it anyway.
the blue fans and cathodes were cheap anyway, it feels like Ive modded a flashy geeky toy, but I can hide it all away with the sleek black Antec P182 case :p
Popamiro amazing, and what is the best air cooler for you?
Noctua NH-D14 is the most impressive heatsink i have ever tested.
In extreme conditions the performance is unbelievable, i have to do much more tests for the review (fanless, low rpm, in case testing, performance diferences between two NH-D14, etc..)
One of the features I like from the noctua and I'm sure we all do is the option for for a third fan.

Well, I have a question. Doesn't those humongous heat sinks get heavy and put pressure on the mobo and the mounting points? I guess they may not be as heavy as they look but I know my little ThermalTake Volcano 11+ is pretty heavy since it is pure copper. Sorry, I'm still on a AMD 2500+ rig. I plan to upgrade as soon as I can.
I'm just wondering about the weight of these big things since I use towers and basically the heat sink, a heavy one, can put a lot of pressure over time on the mobo. Maybe they need a spring or some sort of support?

Motherboards are pretty strong plus if you have it all mounted properly I wouldnt worry about any of the heatsinks being to heavy really.

Sounds like they are not as heavy as they look. I certainly hope not. They look like a brick.
I notice you have a Cooler Master case and did a google image search for it. When you have one of those monster CPU coolers, can you still slide the mobo tray out with the cooler on it? I ask because mine doesn't slide out but instead opens out like a door but I have to remove the fan so that it doesn't hit the divider thingy in my case.
Just curious.
