Actually Asrock board are very good for moderate->high overclock.
I have a P55-PRO(115$) and a 750, and with a FZ120 i have very good results. To bad i have some very cheap memory..
4ghz 20*200 1.312v other voltages in pictures
222BKL stable at aproximative 4ghz
4.2ghz 1.376 quick run ...and it didn't burn or shutdown....
still a very good motheboard for it's price.
And my 750(1.225v vid) is a good chip not extraordinary, but a good one...
