I'd stay away from AsRock TBH...i've seen a few too many people having trouble with them with higher OCing on various forums.

Asus P7P55D or Gigabyte P55-UD3R/UD3P would be my "cheaper" choices.
The new Gigabyte P55A-UD3 one w/ USB 3.0 has the non-foxconn socket, also.
