I just put in a big order and I'm planning to do exactly the same.
Will start on some S-ATA cables and fan cables then moving on to practice a bit on my old PSU and when I'm confident enough I'll move on to my new PSU

Will post pics once the sleeve arrives and when I've started to sleeve my cables.

Oh and hi, first time poster long time reader.

Firstly I would like to thank Dangals for starting this fantastic thread.
It is people like you who help inspire so many others.

Now for those of you in Australia who are contemplating purchasing the murderMod MDPC-X Psychopack, stop thinking about it & 'just do it'
    you will not regret it.

If you think Nils is to expensive, try this on for size & I am sure you will repent.

Thank you Nils for the fantastic sleeving & I look forward to using your products in future builds.

    omg ... that is ultra-beautiful!
    BEAUTIFUL!!! BEAUTIFUL!
A shame that most modern mainboard designs go for "standard coolness design". But you proove that copper rules the world

FunFunBoy: So nice to see you here! Nice that sleeving brings new people to XS. How did you get the sleeve over the connector, because it looks like SMALL sleeve? Did it fit over the smaller connector (mini-usb)?

Agree with Nils... It's a very beautiful picture.

Nils : It's not SMALL sleeve actually. It's a USB size
I put it from small connector side.

Congratulations Fun Fun boy on some sweet sleeving there and welcome to XS

Laine that is one pristine looking photo. I can see from it that I am missing out by not looking at the air cooled side of XS. I will start with yours

Outstanding photo aka_GK, I hope you don't mind me asking.
As that sleeving is 3 strand, I take it as being MDPCs sleeving, yes?.
Is it gray SATA sleeving or 1/4 and is it pulled as tight as it can go?

I must also say that I am really enjoying your work log.

Yes, you are right, it is mdpc-x sleeving. It is black USB sleeve, it is bigger than 1/4 and smaller than SATA - "just 100% right"
sleeving looks grayish because of imperfect light conditions - it is just color distortions

    appreciate your feedback

Congratulations MCP on a very high standard of workman/womanship, looks excellent.

Is that 24pin conector come standard as white/clear plastic, or have you changed it for some reason?

Awesome, MCP. Can you show more pics of your PCI-E connectors? I'm working on the same color scheme, and trying to figure out how best to layout the PCI-E connectors.

Oh and hi, first time poster long time reader.
Hi man and , looking forward to your results.
Hopefully you will enjoy your first sleeves as much as i did.

I received my sleeving kit from Nils this week and im really pleased with it.
First time sleeving job and and cheap ass camera so dont be to hard on me

The orange sata sleeve was my personal gift from Nils and it was pure a test but i have to say i love it.
The length of the sata sleeve was a bit too short as its really hard to measure the right length you exactly need so i will have to do that again.

Thank you Nils and i think you will receive a orange sleeve order soon

My photos are not nearly the quality as others in this thread, but I'm learning. Might have to ask the Wife for a DSLR for Christmas...
