IMHO that just shows that the temps reported by all these programs is too open to mis-interpretation at hardware interrogation-> software level.

Just because the software tells me the temps are lower... doesnt mean they *are*. Maybe the latest version will be more accurate... maybe it wont be, but relative to itself, any version used will show a change based on vCore improvements, higher MHz etc.
