A thought on your res placement - I like where you have them, but I understand the concern about the fillport. I remember seeing a build (perhaps one of Charles H's?) where a fillport was added on, I think, the top of backplate, then connected to the res top. You'd need to use a 90 degree fitting, but that shouldn't be a problem. Not sure, but that might also require tilting the case a bit to get the liquid into the res. Just a thought.
Re the fans on your radiator. Are you talking about the bottom radiator, and is it for your GPU loop? If so, I would go ahead and leave the fans taking air from the case - to the rad - to the bottom. Yes, you'll be using the warmer case air, but this also will give you airflow through the case. I think the effect on your GPU temps will not be that drastic, and you should still get good performance. I'd probably try it that way first, then change it around if it didn't work.
Great progress, and nice work log!
Thanks a lot mate, appreciate it
That is one truly awesome idea ! I did not think about that. make a 90° on the back plate with a fill port, Then i could use a simple 45° with some tubing to fill it up. i like this a lot, I see if i can find those photos from Charle's projects.
And for the fan, yes you got it right, i will try it this way. As the fan look much better this way up !
Thanks you everyone for your support and great advise/feedback![]()
Small update.
I have no photo available for the moment... My girlfriend took the camera with her and forgot to bring it back home.... So I got feed up of borrowing her stuff and I order myself a Canon SX20IS. It's not as good as my old 40D with L lens, but I sold that one, so their is no coming back lol
I will get this tomorrow so I can show you the progress I have made this weekendI placed both rez and 1 pump. I made a small order from PPCS today, for the last pump placement and some bitspower fitting.
So more news tomorrow![]()
So, news time with photo this time !
This is the work I did over the weekend.
1 pump and both rez are in place. Some the cable still need tiding up
i donno about that audio cable... I don't like it like this, But I have no idea where i could run it... maybe I won't use it...
Some cable management in the back. i dunno about this.. but its kinda hard to make it fit nice
That is all for now. i will make better quality photo this weekend, When I have time to catch up some day light...
Looks great! I'm eagerly awaiting your completion lols.
Looks siiiick :O Your white sleeving + other white parts are just... i cant even say anything more than: AWESOME

Small question, can I place the sound card on the white PCI slot (under the video card) ?
Looks great Cedric, you done a good job of the sleeving, couldn't you maybe extend the cable and take it behind the motherboard then up in the corner behind the GFX card?
Why is it a lot of people bring the 24 pin atx cable across the res ?
Would it look more clean tucked underneath.
Still looking great m8, fantastic build![]()
Looking great so far Ced! Nice job on the sleeving.

Am doing my best to make the cable a s clean as possible, but not many way to hide them...
I managed to do some more tubing. That all that i can do for today... My fingers are completely dead. Those thing are finges killer

Looks good, But I have a feeling some of those tubes may kink when you add a little heat to them. Mine did and I had to re-do it ;\

now just to remove those enermax twister stickers from fans![]()
Yes, I though the same when i saw the photo
I need to find a shot with them without sticker, to make sure i don't see some ugly parts behind it (like screw or something)
I have a question now. i really hate how the power SATA look like. It's plugged in the other way around.
Do I have the keep the wiring the same way ? Can i turn the plug around ? Or am going to blow everything up !
As long as the cables go to the same pins, it will be fine.
It looks great.
Also regarding the fans:

Small news

This thing don't look so good, and those led are way to bright !
So inside the box you go :p
now, should I keep the drain like this ? Do you like it ?
