Quattro - thanks for that. Is your OC Linx max mem / Prime Large FFT stable?

I may dust off my REX and drop the quad in and see how it does.

Hey fellas is there a "safe" - I am using this term loosely - limit for VTT and VCORE on Q9650???
I mean no guts no glory I am all good with that, but stupid is just that - stupid.
No point on getting 4.5 at the expense of the cpu lol.

Very nice PSU, hope it does you well. I wonder how much that 12v rail will come down when it has the full PC load on it? Should still be good though, it performed well in the reviews.

Nicely done andressergio, I got my hands on one a couple of months ago and although it's not the quietest one I've owned, it's definitely the best. Gotta love the packaging too, very nicely presented. I also experienced higher volts on the 5v and 12v than on my old Jeantech which was always silghtly under spec, but never caused any major issues. I can confirm that my DMM gave no fluctuations whilst I loaded the CPU and GPU, and reported a constant 12.15v for me, even during reboot, same goes for the 5v rail.
I bought it more for the reassurance as my old PSU had definitely had a good innings and was having problems which turned out to be the mobo (which is now RMAed and going good).
Sorry for ranting in off topic there!

Like you, I'll have my hands on a Q9650 by the end of this week, seems like stock might be starting to thin out a bit over here.

Very nice clocks there. Perhaps you can lower your vcore a little now also since it made such a difference to the shaders. Whats up with Sanctuary hardware section stating your Q9650 has HTT?

All these screenies are driving me nuts... I'm now being told that 9650's are discontinued, and stockists can't get their hand on any more! I'm gonna be majorly gutted if I miss out on one, and rather fruious, as I've now been to 2 sites who supposedly have them 'in stock', only to discover they dont, and can't get any more.
Can anyone confirm this? (In the UK at least)

will try less vcore yes, awesome PSU but the card still measures 1,22ish at load so nothing was changed but the 12rail voltaje...
