if someone can ship detroit top to me I can make copy of it but for double pump

I bought D5 from user of this forum (so pump will be in my hands in next 3-4weeks)

Post if you hear back from him Sadasius. I was only looking for when I decided to sell mine last. Getting the T3 meant i didn't need it anymore. I'm assume the demand just wasn't there anymore for it seeing BP and EK both have tops that perform about as well. IMO, the Detroit's look better. I was going to talk to him about trying to stock his tops at crazypc.com seeing it is local for him.

Wish I could help you but mine are running 24/7 in a crunching machine. Wish I had bought an extra one.

    @Millertime.....Will do!

Iono which koolance you were looking at... but that looks like that black ring..

Im fairly sure all the tops use a ring of some kind. There would be no other way to secure the D5 motor.

And you would be setting yourself up on that breaking...
    :\

Once again another bling > performance debate....
That ring is that thick for a reason.
This rings not nearly as wide.

We actually released a new D5 top recently its called the COV-RP450. It works as a nozzle base or a reservoir base.
In the next couple weeks we'll have other reservoirs and accessories that will further compliment this system.

That's pretty cool Dean, but does it perform equal to a EK, BP, or Detroit Thermo top. That was the issue I had will the old one, it drop head pressure below the stock D5 head.

I haven't received the test data yet but there have been improvements made to them since their initial release.

Are you selling that cover alone? I might have to get that for my T3. It looks like it should fit.

It's official: I'm a closet Koolance fan. But I gotta come out.

... It slightly agitates me because I spent so much time refusing to even allow myself to look at Koolance products due to one bad experience with ... I can't even remember the product... It was possibly their first case/in built cooling solution... This must have been around 5-6+ years ago (more perhaps?). Despite my now forgone rage induced by the brand name itself... I see myself buying a number of Koolance products I've been looking at lately... Damn'it!
Agenda: I have 0 projects prioritized for the year, 0 in progress this month, 0 this week, and 0 as of this moment.

    Current primary function: traveling.

OK, you gave me thinking for some hours.
Here is what I came up with. I think it is the best solution there could be made to link pumps together.
This is not final version. Plan si to make the antivibrating mounting fot 5,25" bay.
You'll find there also a possibility to mount reservoir via EK Multioption link.
Let me know what you think!

    awesome so far
    lots of screws, looks great

just make sure to keep it POM and not to give into that clear-plastic craze

EDIT the inbalance of hexagons created by the screws is kind of wierd, can they both be oriented the same way?
