Your GPU score is near 9000, and what i see as normal in a 5870 is between 17000 and 18000 GPU Score. How on earth is that happening?

its probably GPU throttling this time if you clock them too high the "throttle" etc on purpose to stop any problems, try lower the oc a tad like 800/1200 (just to be safe) and see if your score shoots up

I've been doing a little testing with no avail. I re-ran the benchmark on a completely stock system and the results where same but obviously a little less than before. I than tried running it with my current OC but with default card clocks and still no dice. I'm a little stumped here I even tried increasing the fan speed to 75% and running.

I'm a little miffed by this. I've also tried the 8.66RC6 and RC7 drivers and both net me the same ballpark performance. I also don't seem to be the only person with this issue. I did a google search and came up with a few people having the same problem with hardware ranging from i5/i7/Ph2 to Core 2's.

My games all run beautifully though.
