When GT200 launched it was reasonable to wait and see as 4000-series was only weeks away but now it is at least three months, probably nearly the double.
Guess people missed it... You see, NVidia were talking about the Tesla cards, which have always launched later than the desktop variant. That would still give the desktop graphics card a chance at launch Q4 of this year.
