@longbow It can help you with your OC. i've had a few boards now and the 12v was verry different with each board. Some boards went down 2 11.89/11.80v underload and new board stays @ 12.10v even under load without floppy cables attached.(i'm using a corsair hx1000).
Also i had boards that where not stable with the soundmodule attached to the board so you can try that also.
