Next step was dismantle the case for Powder Coating.

Most of the case was easy to take apart, M3 screws all over the place tho. Some pop rivets that I had to drill out but overall really easy.

Also did some measuring and testing the location of the loop.
Pump will go in the front, radiator in the bottom pushing air out of the case.

Loop will be like this: Res -> Pump -> CPU -> NB/SB -> GPU -> Radiator

I also needed to cut holes for the radiator in the bottom of the case. Had some problem with this since I didn't know what the best approach was

After reading some work logs i stumbled on eponymous and his Altair project. He used a hole saw to cut the holes for the radiator. This seemed to be the best solution to get even 114mm holes cut in aluminum

Big thanks to Eponymous for this!

One problem was that the bi-metal Holesaw from Milwaukee I first found had a price tag of 45 euro, I also needed the adapter for another 25 euro :/ A bit heavy on my wallet for 3 holes.

After some looking around I found a cheaper brand for 10 euro at a shop called Jula in Sweden. I also found out that a friend to my parents had the adapter

I must say the result turned out really good

So now off with the parts to the powder coating shop....
