Elpida Hyper Graveyard

so i take it the kingston : KHX16000DULT1K3/3GX is Elpidia hyper ic's
and the : KHX2000C8D3T1K3/3GX is Elpidia BBSE?

i had one stick drop out after 3days 2000 7-7-7-20 1.68v
sent them back to kingston uk but now due to postal strike i still aint got them

they have told me there swapping them
Item #: KHX16000D3ULT1K3/3GX Replaced by: KHX2000C8D3T1K3/3GX

so which one failed KHX2000C8D3T1K3/3GX or KHX16000DULT1K3/3GX ?
I was told the same about swapping those kits. I told them I like money better which I will get in a month or less hopefully.
