Edit: But I do agree, the i5 750 is a bit too good for AMDs current line up. I hope we'll see some improvements with C3, both X4 and X6.

I'd say AMD has quite competitive product lineup up to 200$, and it's adequately positioned against i5:

but yeah, I agree that C3 will bring more flexibility to AMD to fight against i5
