damsxx: Post some pics and some more info. Try enabling EIST / Speedstep. How much can you overclock before the multi starts to drop from 21.0 at full load?

If your multi drops below 21 at idle, that is not turbo throttling. Adjust the Minimum processor state to 100% in the Control Panel -> Power Options to disable that feature.

What does CPU-Z show for bios version number in case your flash didn't go well?

The cpu is cooled by a stock Vapochill LS.

Oh man. I had been wishing I'd find something like this bios for a while. Can we get someone to consolidate the important info such as the bios file links, the cross-flashing instructions, and model compatibility into a sticky. I'm sure there's gotta be thousands of people who could benefit from this but its hidden away impossible to find. I didn't know it existed until someone mentioned it in another thread on a different forum. I had assumed any bios would simply be released on asus's website . I had also been kicking myself because I would've bought a gigabyte or dfi board instead if I'd known about this problem before hand but now it's all good.

    I had been running at 20x200 1.2625v 8hr p95 blend stable,now I can run 21x200 1.3v 1.5hr prime stable and counting.

    P6T Deluxe

So far loving my P6T Deluxe (1504)

    I got a i7 920 D0 brilliant batch 3845B260 I heared it gets you around 4.8ghz+ on water.

My max stable BCLK findings on Air so far is 230 BCLK.... not a bad mobo afterall....

When and if I get water cooling I will certainly push it beyound 4.8 ghz should do within 1.5v but till then im happy with that speed and temp, as its inside the case and max temp always stays within 78-80 after priming.

    4200MHz @ 1.22v (prime stable) 24/7 Settings

GTA Crysiss cant even use the full power of the CPU its kinda overkill! Heavy couple hours of gaming temp never exceeds 72c NEVER!

One funny thing I have noticed it doesnt show 208 BCLK on CPUZ even when on bios its 208 BCLK CPUZ shows 206.8 BCLK, dont know why (enlight me if you can) and any more BCLK after that requires significant voltage increase!

    my CONCERN is :
bios 0106 (P6TD DLX) DO have turbo throttling problem (4.21ghz and beyond)....i have tested @4.3ghz (1.28v vcore&vqpi)...after a while (bencmarking) it will trottling down to 20x.
(sorry no screenshot, it's gone..overwriten! damn!)

    I need help!!!

I'm hitting a wall with Bclk with the 0006 bios. Everything on theboard is set to auto apart from vcore and vdimm. what settings (increases in voltage) would help me get past this (i think this is mobo related as i have another chip that hits the wall at the same point)

    1) Manually (temporally) reduce your memory speed to the minimum to get this variable out of the equation while you deal with BCLK.

    2) Bump the VQPI up a few steps & check to see if you can gain more BCLK.

    3) What BCLK are you stuck on?

1)I've already tried running my ram at well below spec's (about 1200) when trying to find my max. Also did the same for the cpu multi (is there a best one to pick? was using 15)

2)have been bumping the PLL, should i be increasing the VQPI instead?(still running stock air, just doing some tests to find the limit of the system)

3)I'm stuck at 215, 220 will not boot at all

    PCIeX freq @110mhz - 120mhz .

    it's must've been a typo? right?

    cmiiw mr watcher

    update: it's confirmed (by phone)
... what mr watcher means is indeed 110mhz-120mhz (earlier i think 101-102 )

    ================================================== ===========================
    and ALSO.....
i would like to clarify my earlier statement that bios 0106 have turbo throttling problem...it seems my "old" turbo software is the culprit here and my big mouth too...

@4.27ghz and still no turbo throttling, a

at above screenshot i am using latest "real temp beta package" that unclewebb gave to me.. (thanks uncle )...

    sorry for the inconvenience

ps : maybe someone like to try it at 4.5ghz and beyond just to make sure of it....i cannot do it,,,,regarding my HSF and my skill
