Here the results.

I change:

-Statistic Read Control: Disabled.
-Loadline Calibration: Disabled
-Vdram: 2.1V

and also:

execute disable bit: enabled.
cpu tm function: enabled.

Now all it´s stable. But, I want to get 3.6 ghz or 3.8 ghz, what more can i do?
