I get anywhere from 90-130k ppd. and depending at what time they get the chart I sometimes get some ass when I am around the 100k mark WCG points.

I need to get another I7 rig going, but avg of 100k ppd is pretty good for me

Hehe nice, Jaco is on the pie as well

I am still ramping back up to full speed, had my OS ed up by Acronis last night so the steady 30k/d is still a few days off.
Tomorrow we're gonna get 37C, no idea if all machines can handle that heat. We'll see.

Wait... I know this is an older quote, but where do you work that you get i7s? (here i'm thinking companies are cutting back because of the economy...)

Well I've left there now and didnt get the chance to install Boinc on the i7s

They do modelling simulations hence grunt is needed and have set up distributed code to speed up the process. so 8 threads is much better than the 2 they had! lol When you charge the client $1800 a day spending $3k on a couple of computers is easy to get approved not as easy as before the economy tanked but still easy.

I think it is gonna take a heck of a lot more than I originally thought to snatch a piece of pie. That, or horde a couple days worth of units, then report them all at once, but that's kinda cheating the system I think

Yeah, it helps when you are around to babysit the farm. I left for a month out of state, and 3 days after I left... had a momentary power outage that dropped 5 machines offline. My poor i7 overheated a few days later and locked up
Everyone is nice and happy now, especially since the temps seem to be changing

Wow that sucks.. 1 month w/o supervision is tough on most OCed crunchers, I certainly wouldn't leave any single sockets running if I was to abandon my farm for 4 weeks time.
