Nah, if something is twice (two times, 2x) as fast it's a 100% increase. 1.6 times as fast is 160% of original speed. Still Fudzilla isn't exactly the greatest source and more than 2TFLOPs for the 5850 would probably exceed 1.6 times as fast.
