Tuning ACC

ive tried to get the cores back in order, but with no luck

Whats the setting you start with? 0% 0% 0% 0%

ACC Disabled?

When ACC is disbled my order is 1 3 2 4 but if i push core 2 to get it back in range i get 4 2 3 1 .....
