Hi everyone, I've been dying to post but it took a while to get my account activated, but I'm all good now.

what I wanted to know is that when you guys update your BIOS, did you save a profile first, default the settings, update the bios, then load your profile back on ? Mine looks to have worked fine but is that the best way of doing it ? Also, in my BIOS I states that I am actually running at 4GHZ but cpuid says I'm at 4.2GHz.
