omg.....how do u make it? We have the same x4 955 and u can run Cinebench at 4000MHz and 2970 at NB.... 
. How is your CPU-NB and NB voltage? U must it try, i can run Cinebench max at 3960MHz/ 2840 or at 4GHz with default NB ...
