Vapor had suggested to try sticking a large ziptie or something else that wasn't aluminum in to the res and placing it over the inlet to help divert the bubbles. Of course it is temporary and you want to make certain it doesn't get sucked into the pump.
It will eventually escape though right? I don't care if it takes an extra 24h or something as long as it gets bled properly.

Yea adding a little extra tubing wont be a problem I think, it doesn't take much.
