Technically yes, you do owe me admin powers, but I will let it slide this time on the condition that you finish your build soon!

CONGRATS!! FLOW IS BEAUTIFUL!!! Front AND back!

Sniipe, I LOVE IT! Just so gorgeous! You have inspired me to try to get the side of my case done with a CNC router type thing too.. I will see what contacts I can make here in Brissy. Hopefully ones with the same attention to detail as I have.

    To answer your question:
No, my waterblocks (along with Pegasus) are packed up in a container, and they'll take three weeks (!!!) to get here from the other side of the country. Crazy I know. I have to make do with this laptop for 3 weeks Heinous... Pegasus will be fixed and up and running as soon as humanly possible. I hate being without my beast!

Also, how old are you if you're a frat boy, I'm assuming rather young. There I was thinking you were 30 something, you come across mature on the forums, plus your work is fantastic. I think you might actually be younger than me! Hmm... Now I'm wondering how old Charles and Nils are...
    sigh

I am 19 years old, I will be 20 in october sometimes I am not so mature, but as of late I try to keep things more professional because of my new affiliations.

and thank you it truly completes the project when I inspire others!

I feel kinda old I suppose I was spending time getting my degree which some say is challenging (I didn't think it was that bad at all just lots of memorisation).

I'm curious about the surprise now

BTW, I do love the res, does it make a soothing water fall noise? Play some bird noises and when you close your eyes to go to bed it will feel like you're in a rainforest!
    sigh

Oh man, it's so beautiful!!!!! I find my system very nice, but when I see yours with the design of the door; it's so beautiful!!....

Anyway, have a question. For your blue cables. I'm also interested in changing my PCIe cables, 60cm being too short. But where do you buy those metal things that you put on the end of the cable, and that you insert in the (for example) 4-pin connector? And how do you fix them on the cable? Thanks a lot

I am sure you can find these in europe (they are all made by molex), but here are the p-pcs links:

crimper for attaching the pins to the wire:

the pins to go in the 24-pin/pci-e/cpu power connectors:

Man that looks bloody nice, congrats!

(maybe my only comment is that the wheels look a bit rinky dink on such a huuge case, something beefier or wider would give it the stature it deserves)

If I could find nicer wheels it would be good, but the standard black plastic casters I have here would look worse and without the wheels it is very hard to move the case you can pick it up yes, but in a cramped space it is much easier to rollll

that reminds me I need to weigh the beast....

Although I still think the water looked better w/o dye, it's your call. I remember you mentioning something about planning on installing a slim BluRay drive. Is it slot-loading or tray-load? I have a suggestion on mounting.

I am wondering if there is some sort of car wax or some such that is permanent, that you could use to keep the water from beading on the front window...

Hadn't looked at the thread in a week. Just wanted to say, Helluva job Snipe.

And you know, if you do get to thinking about it and feel that the area back behind the motherboard, that noone will ever see, is still too much of a problem to live with and you need to start over, I'll be happy to keep this rig on my desk for you while you work on the replacement project.

I'm sure I could force myself to deal with it's shortcomings

Good job SNiiPE! Yeah those wheels are pretty awesome. Got the black one's myself and yeah saves a lot on the back when making big heavy builds.

As if you did not know that! Heck I think someone mentioned it in this thread too somewhere. Got mine at ppcs! See....my biatch has got some wheelz! (trying to figure out if I want air shocks or not) I took the rubbers off though because it kept going to one side or the other and sometimes come right off.
