I think at this point Raptor's place is the best option, but there's much time for someone else to offer up their garage for a day

I wish I didn't live on the east coast. I'd love to try my CPU under LN2 and see how far it can go, since it already is awesome on water.

i have a pretty large garage i could host this in, but i'm in socal lol. i guess i shouldn't even mention that since you guys are all the way up there. i'll try to come up for this and visit friends while im at it . would love to try ln2 for the first time.

hey so one more question came up. so far, only the op has a cpu pot, and everyone wants to try the ln2. lol how's this going to work? there has to be more pots, otherwise it'll just be a big audience watching that one person bench

Well if we can get a place confirmed, and if we get a third person who can bring a pot, then we should look into renting a big dewar from airgas

I am definitely willing to drive to Sacramento for this.

Can we get a potential host to please let us know a date that works for them? I should be around for almost all weekends in September

Can we pick a date Raptor?

And I can bring my SS phase unit and my almost-finished chiller, so that more people can bench at once

Anybody have a backyard or garage that we can stand in for a day? We're all polite and well-behaved, I promise

In all honesty though, anywhere with a power outlet will work

Please! Anybody's place will work. We can't make this thing happen without a place

I'll throw together a SS or a chiller, but I can't get the guys in the phase forum to tell me which one I should build.
Could do it at my place but it's pretty small, and seating is limited.

We'll take anything we can get at this point, that's awesome!

I'd recommend building an SS, as a chiller will have slightly warmer temps, and will require a pump, waterblocks, tons of insulation, etc.

Will September 12 work at your place?

If we can get it figured out soon, I might have a whole new 775 rig by then, designed for benching Wolfdale at 6+ Ghz
