FWIW aGeoM, I've had alot of the same problems getting DDR3 1600 stable on the GBT board....
If you feel like playing with it (I know you like to OC so you know you want too), drop your Mem divider to 1333 and push the HTRef clock a little...
You should be able to get the clocks close to 1500 while seriously tightening the timings..
From your earlier posts it looks like you have some Killer ram...
Run some benchies ~1500 @ 6-6-6-18 and you'll wonder why you ever even worried about 1600 clocks....
