    (UN)Designs "X Bracket" coming soon!

Ok so you just spent all that money on that fancy SSD and now your gonna hide it in an enclosure or stick it with some velcro to the side of your case?
This bracket is designed to show off that new SSD and give it a solid mount.
There are two flavors, a horizontal mount and a vertical mount. Both can hold up to three drives. I will have some more pics very soon.

As always any questions please ask!

A special thanks to Xaxis for the great shots!!

    Thanks.

OK I wasn't gonna show you this cause quite frankly my camera sucks! This is the prototype sitting in my computer. The stud will of course be shorter and it wont come with a machined spacer cause that just costs too much too make.
Enjoy and no laughing at my photo skills!!!!

First pic shows two SSDs mounted on the bracket. I didn't notice at first either. It would be great to see some pics of these mounted inside a case. But anything is better than what's currently on the market.

They should be around $17 when they hit the shops.

They are powder coated black and are made here in San Diego

I'm cutting the new Rad Bracket today and tomorrow and both of these will go to paint together. Should be back next week and then immediately out to the shops, so say about two weeks they should be available.

I'm gonna try and hurry them along but I don't like rushing painters...

Actually you can put up to three in there. The top picture shows two and you can put one in the middle

As of right now I'm only doing black.

In the future I may offer other colors if there's enough demand or maybe I'll offer raw ones for the people who are having there cases painted and want everything to match.

You should make one that can hold up to 4 our 6 ssd and is also a heatsink and you can install on a 3.5"bay.
I know, its hard, but its not impossibe... something like WD did for newest raptors.

The X bracket will hold up to three SSD's and can install in a
3.5" hard drive bay. As for the heatsinks I don't really think
it's neccesary. My SSD doesn't even get warm. It would look
cool but I don't think it would serve much purpose.
