interesting...how can you get rid of that turbo throttling?

In the bios set this:

CPU Turbo Power Limit -> Disabled

I realize I can’t run with some of you guys...

Only on XS do people feel bad because they can "only" run 3DMark06 at 4740.8 MHz.
When you overclock a CPU by over 77% and it is still stable enough to get through 3DMark, there's no need to be ashamed.
