Affirmative. Took off all the heatsinks and cleaned them all. All my TIM is Arctic Cooling MX-2. I think MX-3 is coming out soon, but I wont bother reapplying all my TIM unless I change CPU heatsink. I didn't change the MOSFET thermal pad as it came off clean.
