Nah, I don't expect it to only be EE. Intel is dedicating a whole new number "i9" to it, plus it will be on 32nm (taking up roughly the same die size area as current i7's), so Intel could probably make so much more $$ on retailing different speed models of the same chip than selling it to only a few rich people.
