Apparently J-micron had already got the most out of the controller that they could. But thats the point you CAN ask OCZ and you actually get an answer or an explanation, so YES OCZ support is MUCH better!

Sounds like you need/would rather have a support group to share your feelings and thoughts with rather than a company that produces a good product...

Looks like your another person that Intel would have to steal your wife and kill you dog before you could ever say anything bad about them.

So you're saying if OCZ stole your wife, it'd be okay because you could get an "answer or explanation". That does make it so much better!
