    Like someone said you should check your DRAM Timing everytime you boot and see if there's any difference.........to be honest I have never experianced any issues like yours....

    This is the problem. Some boards have absolutely no issues and can compete at the top against any other board made. But others, and there are far too many of them, amount to nothing more then a circle-jerk for the user. In this situation the best one can do for 24/7 use is try to keep max memory speed somewhere around 1600 and lower the CPU speed until stability is repeatable. These settings don't eliminate the board issue but with less stress on the memory and CPU the problem is more easily tolerated.

    Actually I'm curious if anyone swap his memory to elpida hyper and the issue is gone....

    With D0 processors I can't get higher then 1900 memory speed for repeated stability. With C0s it's just about plug n' play.
