01. Fix the issue that the CPU fan speed may be incorrect under Q-fan "Slient Mode".
02. Reduce the thermal of the CPU.
I have missed 2-3 bios upgrades and this THERMAL change seems interesting to me.
Has anyone noticed such a difference in the CPU temp?
