What's the best BIOS for a 45nm Q9300?? I was on the stock 1703-BIOS, now I'm on Ket's 2101, but I don't see a huge difference in overclockability...
My settings are:
CPU Ratio Setting = 7.5
FSB Frequency = 467
PCI-E Frequency = 101
FSB Strap to Northbridge = Auto
DRAM Timing Control = Manual
DRAM Frequency = DDR2-934
DRAM Command Rate = 2N
DRAM Timing Control = Manual
CAS# Latency = 5
RAS# to CAS# Delay = 5
RAS# PRE Time = 5
RAS# ACT Time = 18
Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC) = 65
All Else to Auto
DRAM Static Read Control = Disabled
DRAM Read Training = Disabled
Mem. OC Charger = Auto
AI Transaction Booster = Disabled
Performance Level = 11
CPU Voltage = 1.4000
0/2 GTL = 0.680
1/3 GTL = 0.680
CPU PLL Voltage = 1.52
FSB Termination Voltage = 1.24
DRAM Voltage = 2.02
NB Voltage = 1.30
NB GTL = 0.640
SB Voltage = 1.1
PCI-E SATA Voltage = 1.5
Loadline Calibration = Disabled
CPU Spread Spectrum = Disabled
PCIE Spread Spectrum = Disabled
CPU Clock Skew = Auto
NB Clock Skew = Auto
CPU Margin Enhancement: Optimized
It's stable for an hour of OCCT-testing, do you think that's fine? Everything else is working fine, too...are those voltages save? Vcore is about 1.37V under load...
I may want to hit 480MHz FSB, that's 3600MHz, do you think that works? Which voltages may I need to increase?
