Being that the mounting on a AM2/AM3 = rectangular, at least with the TRUE 120 it can only be mounted one way which blocks the dimm slots. Not a big deal imo, but something to note. It fits but its close even with only 2 slots occupied.
My OCZ3P1600LVAM4GK's fit fine in slots 1and2 on my 790xt-ud4p with a TRUE.
