Yes I would say your max safe 1.45v, I saw some people using 1.45v VTT/QPI fine but myself I won't go above 1.40v

Also according to Intel the max safe is 1.35v

I have a i7 920 D0 Batch 3849A OCed to 4ghz 190x21 on a Gigabyte UD4P F9c bios with 1.23V and 1.395 QPI/VTT, Memory is at 1520mhz at 8-8-8-24 1T. I cant get my system stable under that 1.395 QPI/VTT, is anyone else having troubles with this motherboard and getting 4ghz stable with lower QPI/VTT?

Would like some input and want to lower my QPI/VTT.
