Not everyday you see chips wacking 3d at 4.1 on air On extremely good air/water...they will do ok.

My 550 could easily whack 4.1 on air

Then whack 4100 on air with multi card and not 4027 and do it at 1.44v......my 955's can whack 4070....but not at 1.44v

By the way I ran that 3 times in row....if not it won't pass a full test nor did I test further....It was a quick test.

What's a multi card? Mabye not 1.44v, but volts will be under 1.5 that's for sure, & on an old socket 939 hsf with little tweaking I ran that 3 times in a row & you can see the previous score.

Multicard hinders max clocks

0-3C is 0-3C regardless of heatsink bud......you think water is even equivalent?

Idle is around 30c & temps still get up to 50's under load This is still easy IMO.

Watercooling/Proper heatsink would easily see past 4.1.

I never said "cant", I was specifically referring to my own processor. Did you read it properly? Obviously it depends on what cooling you are using.

The cpus that AMD supply are preview retails (with the exception of TWKR's and obvious ES's)....which signify the finished retail product. In most cases the retails are better too....

Well your chip shows attributes of a 6.6 gig chip since it can match a TWKR.

I'd be very curious to see ln2

Maybe you should say next time I can match a TWKR at average room temps with X550 on siberian air it's less misleading.

If you think x550's can match TWKR, more powah to you, guess you shouldn't try to win one.

yes i know but we are yet to see someone like C-Buzz for example be able to get anywhere near the clocks some of these "retails" can do that are sent for reviews

i am talking about LN2 clocks. That's all that matters right hehe

very nice to hear that, im always surprised at the amount of comps that are American here, i know the site is american, and its not anyones fault.

but EVGA, BFG, Intel, etc all sell a stack of goods here in europe, but never seem to global competitions, allways America and the northen states.

anyways, as said very nice gesture from AMD and simon for the euro comps, hope we see lots more.
