imo thats the saddest part... they ARE still around!
they just dont make highend dram anymore...
its horrible management at it once again... similar to micron they had top end chips, the best performance chips, but sales was selling them at dumping prices and trying to use their designs as cheap mass production chips... which obviously didnt work... its a shame...

Yep same with me exactly. I'm afraid to even say that my kit is still doing okay, lol.

mhhhh wait... so ocz is basically saying there is no problem but since anandtech and some people complained they will withdraw all their elpida hyper based stuff? that doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me
