I haven't seen any board that will post with one stick of memory in a secondary slot only. It's a limitation of the IMC not the board.

ok good thats new to me, used to the old FSB boards where it didn't matter.

ok it's friday and that means I get to play with it! It's acting very strange, seems stable (prime, superpi) but it randomly just freezes even in the bios. Time to mess around some more
