It's doing 575mhz 2.2v - what doesn't look like this sticks would be degraded, maybe overclocking d9 requires adjusting others voltages/alphas than overclocking promos.
odds are they are d9gct
or just degraded
i have a set of tracers d9gct cant do 1200 with 2.6v and they are in mint condition
