Nooooo don't... I got one of the newer E0s and it's nothing like what you see here - 1.4v for 4GHz and no less than 1.3v for 3.6GHz or I get blue screens and random restarts.

If I'd known this before buying it, I'd have gone for a preowned Q9650 from the outset.

And 1.15v for 4GHz stable is just crazy, seriously
