I have a 720BE as well and I find this proc a better OCer and it *seems* to run a little cooler...

Same problems for me with Win7/ Vista thou: Sleep just won't work. System either hangs or shuts down when trying to wake it up. .. kind of a bummer really.
Also, occasionally I need to do multiple hard resets to get it to post (with both 720 and 550) when unlocking when first turning on my machine, or changing BIOS settings - after it 'warms up' and I get past the "Overclocking Failed!" screen, it boots fine.

Any of you other mobo users out there have these problems? I'd like to know if it's mobo specific as I also can't seem to O/C very well on this platform.

Besides the problems, I love this 550 - it reminds me of the fun I had with my celery 300a.
