    So your camera does the same, but does it actually display the exposure of the shot after? That's the part thats bugging me, I have no way to find out, except from shooting in a different mode or keeping an eye on live view and tabbing down each EV for each shot, which is way too much effort!

    I'd love it if there was a simple option to just add the option to displa the EV once the image has been shot. Not being able to set it manually isn't really my worry as I can do that other ways as you said, not being able to read the level once the scene's been shot is what's bugging me.

    'BTW, Incore wasn't actually saying his D60 did the above, I think he was just describing how he would feel without Exposure compensation and giving an example what it would be like for him.
