I have one tiny advice for you.. DON'T USE WATER! Isn't safety worth that 1°C difference? (Maybe not even that.. cause I tested Feser One and distilled water and guess what.. Feser was 1°C better.. and its 100% non-conductive.. if it leaks, and stop cooling = PC will just shutdown cause of high temperatures.. much nicer than dead PC).

Yea I know. Thats probably why my "distilled water" rig died due leak and shortcut.. say that to my last ASUS mobo.
