not quiet at this level, but its only for benching, or gaming when the ambient from summer goes way up ^^ At normal quiet speeds, ie 1200rpm instead of 3000, it idles about 6-8 C above ambient

I'm not surprised. I've got a Mugen 2 on a AMD 720 with a single Yate Loon Medium and Core Temp shows idle at 15C (Ambient 18C). Core Temp showed CPU temp at 24/25C after ten minutes of Prime95.
