How about try using 6x multi on DRAM but 18x multi on UNCORE?
    Try test it using LINX...

For more testing, maybe try only 2 sticks, different slots, or loosen the RTL

Thanks but I think I found it. Before I played musical chairs with the memory I set the DRAM switch frequency to increase by 15%. And I left it at that. Now I have every stick running on the channel it fits and I didn't think about the switch frequency setting. As a last resort I remembered and finaly, they like decrease 15%. Result: 20 runs LinX fine. *dances the happy dance*

Sorry for the late reply. I used to have the same memory as you but I sold it. v2.1 Dominators are elpida ICs. Like you, I had trouble in stabilizing my overclock @ 200mhz and above with my D0. Whats worse is, the more voltage I add, it just made it worse. I had trouble with my C0 as well, but it wasnt as bad as my D0. Im convinced this board has issues with elpida ICs+D0s. Try borrowing another ram set and try again. Prefferably OCZ as I had better luck with my Intel extreme sets.

Okay. Now it gets annoying, I rebooted to save the settings that ran 20 passes of LinX fine, after reboot everythings as unstable as ever. Insta BSOD.

Okay, well then I'm officially out of ideas. How can one setting be stable and at the same time unstable after reboot?

Basically it's problematic somehow to get them to work at 1600 (combined with BIOS 0508 and W3520).

I really don't know. I've tried a lot of config/settings, the vtt/vdimm ratio is ok, but everything's unstable after the reboot. Nothing to do

EDIT: Isn't a cpu problem, 'cause i'm with a 920 D0. But we have the same kit of rams, so.....

Maybe we're coming back to my hunch with the subtimings. Sadly I didn't do a screenshot of the working configuration. The BIOS sets the RTL values to 50-52-53 at 1600, but far looser at 1200, that is one point I don't understand.

Really don't know. Now i'm with the 227 bios (suggested for this problem with Boot Up Base Clock 135 by BlackDragon) and memory running at 1800mhz 8-7-7-20.

Stable, but unstable after reboot. As far as i know, anybody has solved this problem.

Great and I just ordered the board. Is it due to the bios or something?

Nope, it doesn't. There's a kind of incompatibility, but i don't know what chips this ram mounts.

    Sorry 4 my english.

I noticed using CPU Tweaker that my sub timings did not match the XMP for my Dominator 1600CAS8 stuff.... I manually set some stuff like TRFC, did the TRRD set to 14 so it shows up as 6 and some other timings. I also +1 to Channel C on RTL it seems to be doing a little better.

Did you find some kind of spec sheet for your ram to set the timings or did you try around for a bit? Would be nice to know if something like that exists for OCZ memory.

What bothers me the most is that one boot is stable, the next is not.
