You may be right,, i dont give in ,i get even, @ least with CPU's lol.
Have you tried different Ram to see if it affects the CPU that Dosnt boot when enabled.
try Higher NBvid to see if that helps.
try raising Chipset volts to 1.28v
try auto ram timing .
Try setting Defaults and then reset all your voltages and try with +2/+4 ACC.
I could go on,, theres a lot to try.
It could be his chip but , theres a lot one can do before he/she calls it the quits.
