Now explain to me why they registered the names of the companies. Please explain exactly why. And are you saying they are the exclusive distributor? Of which exact companies. Let's get into specifics.

I just confirmed with DD they have not had a contract with AT since last Summer and AT did not have their permission. They also have been in contact with their competitors who also have said they did not give AT permission. Lawyers are involved who are familiar with the clown who caused this as they dealt with him when he pulled the same crap with the Blace Ice branding.

So they HAD a contract with AT until last summer? And with whom do they have a contract, now? Are the new tubings Feser or DD?

...DangerDen was the North American distributor for Thermochill. This is very common business practice and there was nothing shady or backhanded about it. Come on Naekuh, that is just being ignorant.
